Anatomy Theory was founded in 2010 by Iracema Pang, built on the belief that no two bodies are the same. Each individual requires a personalised approach to movement, healing, and performance—one that respects their unique structure, lifestyle, and goals.

What began as a passion for strength and Olympic weightlifting grew from a deeper curiosity about the human body—how it moves, why it breaks down, and what truly allows it to perform, recover, and thrive. Over time, this evolved into a broader understanding: that the way we move, nourish ourselves, and live from birth directly shapes how our bodies function throughout life.

At its core, Anatomy Theory views health as a complete system—not just physical, but internal and lifestyle-driven. From gut health and nutrition to movement patterns and daily habits, every element is interconnected. When one area is out of balance, it impacts the whole. That’s why our approach extends beyond training, focusing on sustainable movement, effective fueling, and building routines that align with your individual lifestyle.

Hi, I’m Iracema a Strength and Conditioning Coach with over a decade of experience and a deep passion for the human body and Olympic weightlifting.

My coaching goes beyond performance. I specialise in helping individuals rebuild, recover, and reconnect with their bodies whether that’s guiding someone through injury rehabilitation or supporting mothers who feel like they’ve lost their spark and want to reclaim their strength, health, and confidence.

I believe everyone deserves to move well, feel strong, and function at their best. My approach is centred on restoring not just physical capability, but a sense of empowerment so you can return to your body with purpose, resilience, and control.
